In a quaint little section of North Hollywood you will find Valley Village real estate. Like most of the communities in the San Fernando Valley, it was once fertile farmland and working ranches. Valley Village real estate was officially incorporated in May of 1939 and not more than a month later, a group of five hundred women announced a master plan for the beautification of the community. However it wasn’t until the 1990’s that Valley Village real estate was officially recognized as a separate community by the Los Angeles City Council.
